One the perennial problems from the agency-view of the world, is how quickly we get bored of things. We always seem to be moving on to the next big thing. It makes sense to be aware of new trends, but sometimes we prioritise this at the expense of having a more accurate picture of reality.

A sobering and helpful dose of reality always hits the inbox when we get fresh data. And this lot of findings certainly puts the breaks on how fast we think social media platforms are moving. For example, Google+ has more active users globally than Twitter, 
and MySpace is (still) larger than Pinterest and Tumblr. A little circumspection is always a good thing.
