We are incredibly proud of our Change Please and Project Literacy teams who won three awards at the APG Creative Planning Awards last night! The judges were specifically looking for examples of ‘transformational thinking’.
Change Please won a Gold and the Planning Innovator prize. Project Literacy won a Bronze.
Congratulations to Chris Baker and Nic Willison who wrote the Pearson Project Literacy paper and revealed illiteracy as a cause of some of the world’s biggest problems…and therefore literacy as the solution. And congratulations again to Chris for taking Change Please from a single coffee cart to 375 Sainsbury’s stores nationwide, over £1m in revenue and helping 20 homeless people off the streets.
Two fabulous examples of using creativity with real purpose and being truly transformative.
