All of us have the ability to come up with ideas. But how can we stimulate idea generation, and make ideas valuable?
Join us as we welcome David Wethey, best-selling author and founder of Agency Assessments International, to help us break down the formula to successful thinking with the help of his latest book, The Very Idea. David believes that ideas are the source of all progress, growth and change, and he places them at the centre of their own ecosystem, which he calls ‘Idea Economics’. He will be accompanied by his collaborator on the book, legendary planner Jon Leach, the world’s first ‘Idea Economist’. Jon will be sharing some examples of the maths we can all use to make ideas more valuable.
Idea Economics is now very much centre stage with the joint award of the Nobel Prize for Economics to Paul Romer, former Chief Economist at the World Bank. Paul’s citation was for championing the importance of the ideas economy. Good news for The Very Idea!
