We are looking for an inspiring Senior Integrated Strategist, who’s keen to step up to Strategy Director and take personal responsibility for a piece of business.
The role covers some of the agency’s most high-profile clients. Their responsibilities will include directing the strategy on Nivea, one of our international clients. On all of the accounts, they will work with tight project teams to develop work for clients with big creative ambitions.
The role overall will involve close collaboration with senior clients across all three pieces of business. It also includes a requirement to build a deep understanding of the sectors our clients operate in, so as to act as their strategic partner in delivering effective campaigns.
They should be curious, creative and intuitive, and always sure to back up their arguments with credible proof points. And they must be passionate about brand building - driving positive change in the way our clients’ brands are perceived, their businesses perform and their consumers behave.

Ideally, we would like someone with all of the above. But we will consider great candidates who also have 99% of the above. A great understanding of brands is a necessity. Digital experience would be very valuable. They should be strong on core planning skills.
They must present convincingly and with gravitas (part of the recruitment process may be a presentation). They should be very adept at making a case for their chosen strategy or for the creative work. But they must also be open minded to new ideas & challenges along the way, and they should be someone that inspires confidence amongst senior clients (as well as being approachable for more junior clients).
They should be a collaborative worker and be able to champion the roles of the different channel components within an integrated campaign.
